Shipping: Orders are processed within 3 Business days of payment confirmation. We ship UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. We ship only to addresses in the 48 Continental United States. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery after payment confirmation.
Shipping costs include the cost of packaging and shipping including packing materials and order processing, as well as the actual freight charges involved.

Delivery: All items are in stock at the time of the listing. On rare occasion’s, if the item is out of stock you will be notified via e-mail and you may chose to either have your payment refunded or wait until the item is back in stock and it will be shipped immediately.

Refunds & Returns: Prior Authorization is required for all returns. All returns should be in original, unmarked packaging, include all instructions, packaging etc. and be as new. All products are backed by our own 14-day money back guarantee as well as any applicable manufacturer's warranty. If there's a problem with a product, we want to know about it! If we have a duplicate of the item available we'll replace it for you. If not, we'll issue a refund. We are not a warranty repair station. All returns of defective items should be made to the manufacturer after 14 days. Refunds for NON-DEFECTIVE items will be at our discretion and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds are for purchase price only. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refused shipments will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
